Kyle Harbaugh serves as Concord’s Interim Student Ministry Coordinator. In this role, Kyle provides leadership and direction for Concord’s student ministry, with a focus on teaching Scripture faithfully, making disciples, and equipping students to make disciples of others. He works alongside students, parents, and ministry leaders to create a healthy environment where students can know God, grow in their faith, and become confident in what they believe.

Kyle believes student ministry is an important part of fulfilling Jesus’ command in Matthew 28 to make disciples. His desire is to help students know what they believe, understand why they believe it, and learn how to live out their faith. He wants students to discover how God has gifted them, share the gospel, serve others, and ultimately own their faith and become disciples who make disciples. Kyle sees student ministry as a partner with parents, not a replacement for the discipleship that takes place in the home.

Kyle brings more than a decade of experience in leadership, organizational development, and team building. He is the founder and president of Chief GO Officers, where he helps service businesses develop stronger leaders, healthier teams, and effective strategies.

Kyle has served in ministry leadership for over a decade, including facilitating Bible studies and small groups, preaching, and serving as a deacon. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Paralegal Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Southern Illinois University Carbondale. He and his wife, Rachel, have three children. Outside of ministry and work, Kyle enjoys spending time with his family, F3 workouts, and searching for the next great barbecue or sushi spot.
