Debbie Elder
Debbie serves as our Children’s Director. She leads children from birth through 5th grade, ensuring they receive the best care possible and learn all they can about God and His love for us.
Debbie began attending Concord in 1967. After college, she volunteered in the preschool area. She soon became Concord’s Child Care Coordinator. In early 2000, she worked part-time in the church’s office and part-time as a Preschool director (Birth through Kindergarten). In 2002, she became Concord’s full-time Children’s Director (birth through 5th grade)
Debbie and her husband, Rob, have been married since 1989. He regularly volunteers in the children’s department on Sunday mornings where needed. Many of the kids call him “Mr. Debbie.” Debbie and Rob have two married children, Katie and Aaron.
