A Risky Holiday Season / 11.23.25

Acts 1:8-11

Have you ever heard the old saying, “If you don’t want to be rude, don’t discuss politics or religion in public?” In His last recorded statement on earth, Jesus tells us something different.

1. Followers of Jesus are given a command; make disciples.

2. Jesus gives His followers comfort with this command; the presence and power of the

Holy Spirit.

3. God gives a final message of caution; get busy, Jesus is coming back.

This Holiday season, seek Holy Spirit awareness, not risk avoidance, then act in urgent obedience.
