Something Is Broken

It's obvious something in the world isn't right. If we're honest, we know something isn't right within us as well.

Most people will try anything to fix whatever is wrong, but everything seems to fall short.

The good news is God sent His own Son to bring salvation, healing, justice, reconciliation, and peace... and to invite all who will turn to Him into a better way. Jesus alone can restore mankind's relationship to God, and what He gives is to be received only by grace, through faith. Jesus said: "I came that they would have life, and have it to the full."

Those who know Jesus know it is His incredible and unusual "kindness which leads" a person to turn toward Him. Turning to Jesus means receiving forgiveness for personal wrongs done and salvation into a new life, marked by Jesus' joy, His compassion, & His purposes.

Those who follow Jesus join Jesus in sharing this good news.

Who Is Jesus?

"I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me." -Jesus

Jesus Is God

Jesus is not simply a good teacher or an example to follow...He is God. John describes Jesus as the eternal Word, writing, “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God” (John 1:1). Through Him, all things were created (John 1:3), and throughout His ministry, Jesus made claims that revealed His divine identity. After His death and resurrection, the early church proclaimed Jesus as Lord and God, worthy of our worship and trust (Philippians 2:5–11).

Jesus Is The Son Of God

Jesus is the Son of God. He is not a created being, but fully God and fully divine. Scripture teaches that God is one God who exists eternally as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We call this the Trinity. Jesus’ contemporaries understood the significance of His claim to be the Son of God, recognizing that He was making Himself equal with God (John 5:18).

Jesus Is The Savior Of The World

Sin is our rebellion against God, and the consequence of sin is death. But God, in His great love for us, made a way for us to be forgiven and restored to Him. Jesus Christ, the promised Messiah, or Savior, came into the world, lived a sinless life, and willingly gave His life on the cross in our place. Three days later, He rose from the grave, defeating sin and death. Because of Jesus, forgiveness and reconciliation with God are available to everyone who believes in Him (John 3:16; Acts 4:12).

Jesus Performs Miracles

Jesus demonstrated His power and compassion through miracles throughout His earthly ministry. He healed the sick, calmed storms, multiplied food, and provided for people in unexpected ways (Matthew 8:16; Mark 4:39; Matthew 14:14–21; Matthew 17:24–27). These miracles revealed who Jesus is and pointed people toward faith in Him. We believe Jesus is still at work today, bringing healing, hope, transformation, and new life.

Jesus Lives In Heaven At The Father's Right Hand

Jesus is alive. After rising from the dead, He ascended into Heaven and took His rightful place at the right hand of God the Father, where He reigns with authority and intercedes for His people. His resurrection assures us that sin and death do not have the final word. Today, we live with the hope that Jesus is alive and reigning, and we look forward to the day when He will return as King and make all things new.

What Does Saying YES To Jesus Mean?

Salvation means being rescued and made new through Jesus.

We all make mistakes and fall short of God’s perfect way. The Bible calls this sin. Sin separates us from God, but God loves us and made a way for us to be forgiven and brought back into relationship with Him.

The good news? God doesn’t leave us separated from Him.

“For everyone has sinned; we all fall short of God’s glorious standard.”

— Romans 3:23

He makes the way

You can't fix the separation between you and God by simply trying to be a better person.

God knew we needed help, so He sent Jesus.

Jesus lived a perfect life, died on the cross for our sins, and rose again. He did for us what we could never do for ourselves.

Jesus made a way for you to come back to God.

Jesus means everything

Jesus took the punishment for our sin when He died on the cross. When He rose from the dead, He showed that sin and death do not have the final word.

That's right. He means everything.

Salvation isn't something you earn. It's a gift God offers you through Jesus.

Fully trusting

Believing in Jesus means more than simply knowing that He existed.

It means trusting Him with your life.

You believe that Jesus is who He says He is, that He died for your sins, that He rose again, and that you need Him.

You can put your trust in Jesus today.

“If you openly declare that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.”

— Romans 10:9

Saying yes

Accepting Jesus means saying yes to Him.

You are turning toward God, trusting Jesus to forgive your sins, and choosing to follow Him.

You don't have to have everything figured out first. You don't have to become perfect before coming to Jesus.

You simply come as you are and place your trust in Him.

New, not perfect

No.

Jesus doesn't ask you to clean yourself up before coming to Him. He invites you to come as you are.

As you follow Him, He begins changing your heart and your life.

Salvation is the beginning of a new life—not the reward for having a perfect one.

“Anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old life is gone; a new life has begun!”

— 2 Corinthians 5:17

No magic, just sincerity

You can talk to God through prayer.

There aren't magic words you have to say. God cares about your heart. You can simply tell Him that you believe in Jesus, confess your need for Him, ask for forgiveness, and choose to follow Him.

You could pray something like this:

Jesus, I know I need You. I believe You died for my sins and rose again. Please forgive me and help me live for You. I put my trust in You and give You my life. Thank You for loving me and saving me. Amen.

Become Family

When you put your faith in Jesus, you become part of God's family.

Your past no longer has to define you. You are forgiven, loved, and given a new identity in Christ.

And you don't have to figure out the rest of your life today.

You simply take the next step with Jesus.
