As Jesus followers we are commanded to do good in our community. In fact, in 1 Timothy 6, Paul instructs the church to "be rich in good deeds." And it's in that spirit that we are implementing the Do Good Campaign. We want to assist local non-profits in our area with a financial gift. Our goal is to give $10,000 this year to charitable organizations in our community to help them in their good work.

Here's What Will Happen Next

The Leadership Team (LT) here at Concord will select a top tier list for the Concord Church family to vote on February 22. The LT will ensure each non-profit to appear on the ballot has had a track record of success and operates in conjunction with our beliefs and values. Then members and attenders will have an opportunity to select their top three non-profits to receive the Do Good Campaign funds. At the conclusion of the vote funds will be distributed based upon vote totals to the organizations on March 22nd.
